My friends live in Newbury but I live at the other end of the country so I had a look on-line and Willow and Blooms looked appealing. I must admit though, especially busy time of year, I wasn't expecting the level of service or quality of flowers received. I spoke with the owner on the phone who was absolutely lovely and accommodated all my personal requests without any trouble at all. The flowers my friends received were absolutely beautiful and delivered on Christmas Eve as promised. Wonderful company, wonderful quality flowers and I would highly recommend.
