At a time when you are at your lowest nothing makes sense and you can't see away forward they sweep in and take charge in the most caring and compassionat way.Treating you like an extended member of their family but still been totally professional. I can not say enough about Edward Carters. They were totally professional while at the same time caring and compassionate. It was as they shared our loss and they understood everything we were going through. This is the hardest moment in a persons life and it was comforting to have their help and assistance at what was a very sad and emotional time.
