Disagree with the other comments saying there's no warmth from the staff and doctors here. 95% of the time everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Usually always able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe when needed. Some confusion with repeat prescriptions seems to keep cropping up but not sure if this is on the pharmacy's end or doctor's. On the whole very happy and comfortable with this as my practice and would recommend to others
I came in on the 10 October at around 1230pm to make an appointment. Was told by the brown haired female that u can not make appointment in the medical centre. U must call up same day. There is no other way to m sale appointment. I work 530am 3pm. Why work in a there if u have no customer services skills. Thinking of changing to somewhere that cares.
Really surprised at the other reviews (which prompted me to write this). I have never had a problem getting a quick appointment if needed or one online. Everyone I have seen there (with only one exception) have been charming and helpful and given excellent advice. Sorry to see others experiences but my mine has been first rate.
Different doctor every visit so no one taking care or responsibility. They want you in and out as quickly as possible. No warmth from any of them. No desire to actually help people comes across from any of the doctors there.
This rating is due to the poor care and attention received by Dr M. Norman. She couldn't care about you one iota. Very poor. Otherwise lovely clean facilities with great reception staff.
