Cowboy company!Important personal details missed off mortgage offer, names spelt incorrect, street name incorrect so suervyor couldnt attend the house!All they seemed to care about was selling me life and critical illness cover, Im guessing they get better commission for this. Seriously dont use them, everything they do you can do yourself and get free advise from the lender you choose to go with.

I used Charlotte from Firstxtra to help me find a buy to let mortgage. She came to my house for the appointment which was very convenient. She was very professional and really knows her stuff . The service I received from Charlotte and her team was excellent from finding the mortgage deal I was happy with to helping to chase up the purchase process. I recommended her to my sister who had already spoken to one financial adviser but Charlotte was able to find her a better deal so she used Firstxtra as well and was also very happy with the service. I would not hesitate in recommending firstxtra to anyone looking for a mortgage or remortgage.
