Very happy with work carried out. Had a new boiler installed in a new position. Vernon was very committed to his work and stayed on late and came back the following morning to ensure that the boiler was up and running. Certificates issued quickly, Thank you BGM.
Do not use.Farther in law used them for a boiler service and they left a pipe off causing a leak and damaging their ceiling. They did repair.The reason for this review is because they made a appointment for today to service our boiler this afternoon. My partner has booked time of work but the engineer has been hassling her since 6.30 this morning to try and gain entrance to the property when we are not there.Not on BGM.
Beyond exceptional service. Our breakdown request was dealt with promptly and Nick, the service engineer went straight to the problem which was a pressure loss on the hot water system. Made no attempt to drag out the repair or sell any unnecessary parts. Very professional.
I have used BGM for at least 12 years now and have absolutely no reason to stop. They come when they say they will, phone prior to arrival, do a good job and are a really good team. The office staff are always efficient and polite too! I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Brilliant experience from start to finish, having an online booking system is amazing. Iv been kept awake at night by a very noisy fault and within 1 min of being in the door Nick was able to diagnose the problem and sort it there and then as he had the part in his van. Everything is now running as it should be and is wonderfully silent!
