Reasonable battery, staff helpful, location move ... But a bit remote out in Enbourne
Looked after our cat very well and the booking process was easy
My two Eurasiers love it here! I worry a little about leaving them in kennels because they're not good with strangers trying to put their leads on and off. Here they have their own run to run around in and when it's inside time the area is secure enough for them to walk from the run into the kennels without the need of a lead. The staff are very friendly and efficient, we will definitely be using again when in the area. Highly recommend!
This is the only kennel that i will trust to look after my two little dogs . The staff are real animal lovers and they work so hard to make sure that your pets get the best treatment what I mean is that they are not just staff they really love your dogs while they have them so it feels like a home from home for your pets which is exactly what my two little designer dogs who are very spoilt at home need that attention which they definitely get at Enborne kennels.
Our Cat has been to this cattery twice and both times has had a very poor experience and I for one would not recommend.Both times our cat who is never ill has had a very upset stomache to the extend they handed our cat back capped in excrement all over its back side and just put him in the box and handed him back without any word.I understand not being in it's home environment causes upset, but to leave him in that state and hand him back like it, how long had he been like it.NEVER AGAIN AND RECOMMEND SOMEWHERE ELSE
