Took my car in after a breakdown, the whole team were amazing! They pointed out serious faults that 2 other garages had failed to find, even after having my car for whole days for fault finding! Set me up with a loaner so I could get to work and had my car ready for 4pm as promised. Fantastic service!! I've driven away tonight in what feels like a new car. Thank you all so much.
Last month I remembered at 5 PM than I need an MOT so I tried to call different garages and nobody could fit me in, but these guys. I rang them telling them is my last day of MOT so I need one 'today' as will expire by the end of the day. I was on A34 driving from Oxford and explain the situation, I was late because of the traffic but the guy was smiling and took my car for MOT. Thank you.BTW, I will need one again :)

I would personally give them more star's than five. I have been using these guys for seven years and they have never let down. There prices are always competitive and great value for money when you factor in the amazing customer service. The problem is explained in plan English and a solution offered. All staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The receptionist seems to have her finger on the pulse knowing exactly at what stage your vehicle is at. If you are a women using this garage you will feel totally at ease and assured that they are not blinding you with science. Keep up the good work you all do a terrific job.
