I cant fault Rayners, the work they have done on my vehicle was always spot on. I did had a situation where I found a dent in my car after picking it up from the shop. Rayners have apologised and sent my car to local bodyshop to have this fixed and if course covered the bill. I like that all the work done to my vehicle is explained to me by a technician when I pick up the car. They could be more organised as during busier periods they forgot to call me to advise the car is ready on couple occasions.Overall this is the only garage I trust to do good work on my car, especially after being let down by a number of local mechanics.

Given what l've read regarding the previous complainant's letter regarding the Rayners Garage.l have to emphasize how I've never had any problems with the garage for the whole of the 12&a half years that I've been going to them, both when I was in Newbury & after I moved to Bournemouth over 3 years ago for which I travel back for servicing & repairs every year.this is one of the best family run businesses in the Newbury area to which they have always accommodated my needs thank you. MICK.
10/10 for their ability and skill set to test and rebuild my fuel pump successfully and get the van drive-able BUT the ability to communicate is absolutely appalling! Almost 5 weeks to complete as they were 'BUSY' which is understandable but for the only updates to come from me calling and chasing them is shocking. Several promised calls never adhered to. Not only that to find the bill double what was discussed is poor! Again not taking away the work and efforts involved, but to only tell me half the bill and walk in to almost 900 was a shock to say the least......a broken MAF sensor bracket, air filter not attached and 1/2 mile after collecting sounding like something had fallen off and rattling like a bag of nails - Promised a call at 10.30 the following morning as the technician that worked on it was away......and I'm still waiting for a call - appalling!!!!!! almost 900 pound and doesn't have the decency to follow up
