Best hairdressers I have been to.
Absolutely by far the worst service I have ever received. I left the salon with a colour stain on my clothing (didn't have my hair coloured). The owner Anthony had to deal with this as he doesn't allow his staff to deal with situations like this directly. He was beyond rude and has clearly never heard of "the customer is always right". Would highly recommend people NOT using this salon unless they want to risk their clothing getting marked and then being told "it could have been a transfer from your other clothes (I wasn't wearing any other clothes)" not impressed at all.
They cancelled my hair appointment with only a few hours notice (just before I am due to go on holiday). They rang me but didnt leave a voicemail, it wasnt till I rang them back that I found out it was cancelled. They made no effort to reschedule and told me sorry theres literally no space to fit you in and then hung up on me! Im really surprised that they would treat a customer like this and not even help to reschedule an appointment when they are the ones that have cancelled.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Luisa is an excellent hair-stylist with great understanding of curly hair. She was attentive and confident, listening to exactly what I wanted and working out how to achieve it.I am extremely pleased with the cut and colour, and the prices were really reasonable.I will definitely be returning and would recommend the salon to anyone!
Wow. I'm new to the area and badly needed a haircut. Salon is open Mondays unlike many other salons I walked passed. Leanne was AMAZING! I have thick, wavy hair and a lot of it. Fun for a stylist, awful for an athlete. Leanne set my nervous self at ease saying no problem putting in layers and then taking the weight out. Ladies you know how hard it can be when you need to find a new hair dresser. Well I cannot recommend Leanne at Roderick Anthony enough!!!
