Charles Abby have been looking after my property for over 15 years, and I have been very satisfied. I have had two major incidents of leaks within the property ( neither due to any negligence on their part) and they have managed both brilliantly. Th first was just after I had signed up, but before I had a tenant, and they got it back in good order, new flooring and decorated very quickly so I could get a tenant in as soon as possible. The second time, there was a tenant, and they managed the clear up and refit of the kitchen so well that the tenant stayed though he had every right to leave without notice. I have another property some distance away from Newbury, and I only wish that Charles Abby could manage ti for me! Also, a very old recommendation, but the reason I chose Charles Abby was on the recommendation from someone who was renting in the area and said they were very fair to tenants.
As a landlord of many properties, the team at Charles Abby do a brilliant job. They keep me updated with all that is going on with my properties and my tenants. They get my permission for any maintenance problems and get them sorted extremely quickly. They always look after my properties as if they were their own. I would highly recommend them. Avoid at any cost
Horrendous. Was told a flat had already been let then rang a week later only to be told it was still available. was then promised pictures which never arrived even after chasing up. wouldn't recommend even if you're really desperate.
