Lovely friendly staff, who listened and used there initative to help. The food was good, well presented. Allergy information was quickly provided and easy to understand.
Disappointing as another place that served a cold breakfast. 2 stars given as it was replaced without hassle.Think I will give up on a cooked breakfast as again I ate alone as balance of party had finished their eggs Benedict!Places need to realise cold mushrooms and tomatoes placed on a hot plate is not good enough!!
It was busy tonight, several large parties, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. Our food arrived quickly and was very nice. We will be back.
Probably one of the last times I will visit this branch of Bills. Not because it was bad but that I won't be visiting Newbury again for a long time. Always good food and friendly staff.
If I could give 10 stars I would. We went last Saturday for lunch - big group of 11 of us. The food was great as expected but the service was exceptional. The manager treated us like we were the only guests in the whole place. A fantastic example of 10/10 service. Highly highly recommended!
