Out of date using straws inattentive to our needs, very dismissive about our concerns. Very small portions of meat and fish but lots of rice and salad. Will not being back in a hurry !!
Poor - one of our guests is vegetarian, not much choice so ordered the halloumi burger but received a meat burger! Ended up receiving the meal after friends had finished their meals & sadly after all the waiting the bun was rock hard & inedible & the whole meal so salty couldn't eat it all, when complained mgr offered to deduct meal but point blank refused anything further for the whole evening being spoilt! She was even quite rude, continuing to clear plates rather than giving her attention, very dismissive.
staff haven't got a clue, table of 4, we asked for 2 sharing boards on separate boards. they came out on one....we were told the chef said it was easier. never had so many different waiters serve one table. we then swapped all the cold roasts that we did receive for burgers. they were very good. no manager in sight... didn't even clear the food off the table before asking for the money.... wont be travelling the 40 mins we did again.
Service was good but the food wasn't great. Decent salad but very small portion of meat to go with it.
