Had to rebook the first MOT as technician was not available.Sit and wait for 2nd MOT a week later, needed only a bulb but still took 2 and a half hours. Very bad language used while I was waiting by staff. Facilities poor. Would of been nice to have a warm drink machine or even a water dispenser. Ive been taking my car here for about 5 years but will probably look elsewhere.
Brought car in for mot on Xmas eve having booked online.Excellent and efficient service provided by Halfords team at Newbury auto centre I have used used this auto centre several times and service received consistently excellent.Highly recommended.
Joy the MOT manager and all the boys who work in the shop are a fantastic bunch of people. They bent over backwards trying to get my car fixed before they closed for Christmas. Unfortunately they weren't able to but I would like to thank them anyway.
Great garage. Expensive for labour but well worth every penny. Did a great job and went the extra miles. Great price for mots and wheel allignments.
