Very well equipped and maintained. Friendly approachable staff during office hours. 2 hours free parking and aqua massage beds to finish off great session.
Great gym if you just wanna get your head down and work out. Glad its not full of people taking selfies like you see at places like David Lloyd. Personal trainers are always helpful
Really nice gym, great equipment and facilities, parking is free and readily available as long as you have a membership (shares underground parking with shopping centre)Only reason this isn't 5* is because membership is a 6 or 12 month contract only and is a bit on the more expensive side.
Great no frills gym for people who want to just workout. Solid equipment. If you want pools, classes, saunas and creches, go elsewhere. Also great associated benefits (free parking in parkway, discounts at good local restaurants).
Very well equipped gym. Staff and PTs are 5* very friendly and helpful. I was pleased to find they have special rates for over 60s - the staff are very supportive..I was very nervous at first.
