Neat, quiet little gym. Membership structure allowing you to pay on and off depending on when you want to actually make use of the gym without being locked into a contract. Only reason I'm dropping a star is that I wish they were open until later on weekends, opening at 8:30 and closing at 13:00 makes it difficult for those of us who have work on weekends to go.
I like You Fit because the staff genuinely care about your fitness goals, and take time to listen to what you want to achieveNick is great, and really motivates you to push yourself. I cannot recommend You Fit highly enough.
A lovely small gym. It is quiet and even when it is busy everyone is polite and respectful of space.

A small, friendly gym with very knowledgeable staff who are there to personally make sure you achieve your goals. I've only recently joined having never been to a gym previously. The staff have made sure that I use the gym safely and how to make the best use of the equipment. Personalised training plans for those who want it. Highly recommended for those who want to get fit :)
