A quality club as you would expect from the high membership price. Terrible management that offer very poor customer service. Parking is very tight and had my car damaged twice while at the gym.
It's getting worse. For the cost, the management and maintenance are poor. Issues take weeks to fix. Communication is terrible. The sports manager is rude, aggressive, and appears incompetent.
Slightly above average facilities but with great PT staff everything else was decidedly mediocre apart from the management team who are awful. When my partner told them of her pending redundancy they ignored her and still took their pound of flesh after they had been notified. Wed been members of this gym from day 1 and got shown no loyalty from the management team. Now things have settled down where looking a new gyms guess where I will NEVER go back to....yes you got it the massively over priced David Lloyd in Newbury.
What a lovely gym and helpful staff. Clean changing room and toilets. Also has ev point which I used great !
Great facilities but high staff turnover. Quality of kids club suffered the most as a result. Some classes are always fully booked every week with no additional sessions added. High membership prices and very little incentive to retain existing members.
