I'm a big fan of the attitude here; you train hard and you'll get results and enjoy yourself.
The staff are incredibly rude - more focus on money than the kids which is a shame because the facilities are great. Its a shame they have such a monopoly in Newbury. You cant even pay for fees with anything accept cash or cheque, which is really strange for a business with over 500 members. As the lady below has said - zero people skills and incredibly unprofessional.
Although the equipment and the place is brilliant and the kids love it the staff are plain rude. They are abrupt and have seemingly no people skills.
