Nice pub ,hotel very welcoming but food is ok. Land Lord and lady very nice and could not do enough. So very good on that aspect.
The best place I have liked at Newbury. The only place I found to serve best San Miguelhere. The staff is lovely and the ambience is great. Not to miss place and people.
Brilliant place for a beer after work. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Nice courtyard area to sit down and smoke if you wish.
I love this bar. The best Guinness I have drunk in the South of England. But there is also a great range of other beers and lagers. Friendly staff and locals are welcoming. Mellow place. I live nearby so have not stayed in the hotel.
Great check in. Room is very large with a comfy bed. Bathroom a bit small for the larger built person. We arrived on bicycles they very kindly offered, with no prompting, to lock them safely in a store cupboard.
