All the staff where very friendly and helpful especially Jayne ,thank you for making us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Clean and tidy hotel, no restaurant nearby but a Starbucks for breakfast
Very tidy. Very polite staff. No noise polution from nearby motorway. All in all a very plesant stay.
A great night's stay nice and quiet staff are very helpful and friendly, it's just off the A34 so easy to get to and has a McDonald's and Starbucks on the same site.
Poor start as toilet was not flushed from previous occupiers.....no bedside cabinets so everything on floor....Wi-Fi that we paid for was useless...one a positive note the staff were lovely. Would not recommend this branch of a usually good hotel chain
