Comfortable bed quiet room good breakfast but shower only had like warm water

Well, first of all is new, fresh, well equipped and comfortable. The room was spacious comfortable and really quiet. Best place to stay in Newbury now!

The room is very comfortable and very clean and tidy. Everything is pretty new, and the furnished with tasted.The staff is friendly and helpful.On the downside, I cannot believe that in 2018 you still cannot get proper wifi for free. There is a free WiFi, but it is so capped and unstable that it is unsuitable for work (let alone YouTube or Netflix). So I payed for the"ultimate" paid wifi, but it was not much better. This is really a disappointing, since it makes working in this hotel quite difficult, even if the room other would have been contiene fit that.
